Support for the Ones Who Hold It All Together

Therapy, Consulting & Mentoring for Ohio’s Women, Families & Helpers

Whether you’re leading others, helping others, or trying to heal yourself

you deserve a space to feel seen and supported too.

Therapy for Women, Couples & Families in Ohio

You’re the one everyone leans on. But no one sees how heavy it’s gotten.

Maybe you're holding everything together on the outside, while inside it’s getting harder to breathe.

Therapy is a place where you can remove that ‘I’m fine’ mask—so you can sort through the mess, the pressure, the patterns, and start making room for you to come back to yourself.

I work with women, couples, and families across Ohio who are tired of doing it all alone.

Consulting for Mission-Driven Leaders & Teams

You know the system needs to change—you're building the courage and capacity to lead that change well.

Whether you're overseeing a program, guiding a team, or navigating the friction between vision and reality, I help you align strategy with values—without burning your people out.

My consulting is rooted in almost two decades of frontline and leadership experience. So I understand the realities of under-resourced teams, complex demands, and the power of relational, trauma-informed leadership.

Together, we focus on sustainable solutions, grounded implementation, and restoring what’s possible in the work.

Supervision & Mentoring for Ohio Social Workers

This work asks a lot of you. Supervision shouldn’t be one more thing that drains you.

I offer reflective, nourishing supervision for social workers who are showing up in the midst of complex systems and trying to stay connected to their purpose.

Whether you’re working toward independent licensure or figuring out how to lead in a way that aligns with your values, this is a space to pause, process, and grow—with guidance that’s rooted in real experience.

Hey there, I'm Joyce!

Therapist, Consultant, and Guide for the Ones Doing the Hard Work.

You’re the one who keeps it together—for your family, your clients, your community.

I help women, families, and helping professionals in Ohio find the space to finally let go of what’s heavy and reconnect to what matters.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of trauma and systems—across homes, schools, hospitals, courtrooms, and agencies. I’ve been a therapist, a clinical director, a statewide trainer, and a leader in youth mental health.

But more than that?

I know what it’s like to carry too much, care too deeply, and try to hold it all together without losing yourself.

This work is my calling, not just my career.

Heal the Collective is where I bring it all together—offering therapy, consulting, and supervision that’s trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience.

My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I won’t tell you what to do, and I won’t pretend to have all the answers.

But I will walk beside you with curiosity, clinical expertise, and deep respect for your lived experience.

You don’t have to carry it all alone.

If you’re ready for support that’s as real as it is restorative—I’d be honored to work with you.

The Restorative Four

  • Reflection That Reveals, Not Just Reacts

Healing begins when we pause the fixing and face what’s real.

Here, reflection isn’t passive—it’s a powerful first move toward change.

  • Relationships That Transform Not Just Perform

Real growth doesn’t happen in performance mode.

It happens in spaces where you feel safe enough to be seen.

  • Nourishing What Can Grow, Not Just What’s Broken

We honor the pain—but we don’t stop there.

Together, we make room for what’s still whole and still becoming.

  • Honoring Capacity that Heals, Not Just Survives

This isn’t about pushing harder to meet impossible demands.

    It’s about honoring what’s real—and building from what’s sustainable.
